All fully paid-up members of the Society are eligible to enter the Society competitions.

The entries are judged by an external judge who awards points. The points for each entrant are totalled for the year and awards presented for the highest scoring entrant at the Annual Awards Dinner in April.

All entries must be given to the Competition Secretary the meeting previous to the Competition date unless agreed otherwise.
Entries must be marked on the back of the print or on the face of the slide with the entrants registered number (obtainable from the Competition Secretary) and the title. 

All slides must be glass mounted and spotted in the bottom left hand corner as the slide is viewed.
